Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 3, 2026

Yadasht (“we”, “us”) builds an AI work memory hub for professionals. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect on yadasht.ai today, what we will collect when the product ships, how we use it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect today

The only data we collect at this stage is what you submit through the early-access waitlist form. That includes:

  • Your name and work email
  • Your role and meeting volume (self-reported)
  • The platform you want first and the work sources you care about
  • How you organize your work and whether you work across multiple clients
  • An optional free-text answer about your biggest problem with multi-client work
  • Operational metadata: IP address, user agent, and a referral source for abuse prevention and analytics

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify form submissions. Turnstile may issue a token tied to your browser; that token is checked server-side and discarded.

How we use waitlist data

  • To send you a confirmation email and product updates as new capabilities roll out
  • To prioritize launch capacity (e.g. by platform or work source)
  • To shape product decisions — we read every “biggest problem” answer

We will never sell your information. We will not share it with third parties for marketing.

Service providers

We use the following processors to operate the site:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, edge runtime, and bot protection (Turnstile)
  • Supabase — Postgres database for waitlist records
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (confirmation messages)

Each processor handles your data only to provide its specific service to us. None of them use your data for their own marketing.

What the Yadasht product will collect

Once Yadasht ships, the product will process content from the sources you connect — emails, calendar events, Slack messages, calls, meetings, and notifications — to build your work memory. That processing only happens for sources you explicitly connect and only with the permissions you grant.

You will be able to:

  • Choose which sources are connected, per workspace
  • Decide what gets recorded and retained
  • Review, correct, and shape the AI rules per workspace
  • Search, export, and delete your work memory

A more detailed product privacy notice will be published when Yadasht launches.

Cookies and analytics

yadasht.ai does not currently set marketing or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set technical cookies necessary for bot verification and edge routing.

Your rights

You can request a copy of, or the deletion of, any personal information we hold about you by emailing support@yadasht.ai. If you joined the waitlist and want off, replying to the confirmation email also works — we'll remove your record.
