These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of yadasht.ai and the Yadasht early-access waitlist. By visiting the site or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

yadasht.ai is a marketing site for the upcoming Yadasht product. It includes a waitlist form for early access. The Yadasht product itself is not yet generally available; these Terms apply only to your use of the site and waitlist.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information
Submit the waitlist form on behalf of someone without permission
Attempt to bypass our bot protection, rate limits, or security controls
Use the site to send unsolicited messages or to harm any person or system
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate the site for competitive purposes

3. Waitlist confirmation email

When you join the waitlist we send a confirmation email. The email includes a one-click link to confirm your spot. We may send occasional updates about Yadasht's progress; you can opt out by replying to any of those emails.

4. Intellectual property

The Yadasht name, logo, and content of yadasht.ai are owned by us. You may share links to the site freely. You may not reproduce the visual design, copy, or branded materials without written permission.

5. No warranty

yadasht.ai is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no promises about availability, accuracy of forward-looking statements about the product, or specific launch timelines.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or waitlist.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
